Air Products has announced the completion of its acquisition of UK company CryoService Limited, which will now be known as Air Products CryoEase® Services.
The acquisition follows an initial 25% stake held in CryoService that Air Products purchased in 1998 and a subsequent majority shareholding the company acquired in 2008.
According to an Air Products statement, the move comes as part of its commitment to its integrated industrial gas model.

For over a decade both businesses have operated in partnership to supply cryogenic and specialist gases to customer’s in science, leisure and general industry.
