Air Products and N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie have broken ground on three new nitrogen plants near Zuidbroek, Groningen, in the Netherlands.
The three plants that will be built by Air Products for Gasunie will produce nitrogen to meet needs of commercial and consumer applications throughout the Netherlandic region.
“Building on the legacy of our relationship with Gasunie, we are proud to have been selected as the technology partner on a project of such strategic importance,” said Dr Samir Serhan, Executive Vice-President at Air Products.
“Air Products world class expertise enables us to provide Gasuine with a plant designed to meet their stringent requirements for safety, reliability, and efficiency.”
