Hydrogen generation technology specialist Hydrogenics Corporation has appointed Air Liquide’s Pierre-Etienne Franc to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Currently the Vice-President in charge of developing the full potential of hydrogen activities worldwide for the French corporation, Franc is also the Hydrogen Council’s Secretary.
The appointment comes as part of the private placement between Hydrogenics and Air Liquide which closed last month.
