Air Liquide recently signed a long-term contract with Nanjing CEC Panda LCD Technology Corporation, a subsidiary of CEC. The agreement is expected to involve investment of approximately 13.8bn Rmb.
According to the agreement, Air Liquide will supply CEC Panda with gas management services, a turnkey solution including ultra high purity carrier gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, argon and helium, as well as turnkey speciality gas equipment & installation.
The facility will be one of the most advanced six-generation flat panel display (FPD) fabs in China, located in the new Nanjing Crystal Valley – the capital city of Jiangsu Province. The overall investment in the project is expected to reach 13.8bn Rmb.
