Air Liquide España has appointed Ángel Sáez as director of Safety, Quality, Regulation and Environment for the Iberian Peninsula.
With more than 25 years of experience in the company, Sáez has extensive knowledge of the industrial sector both in the Iberian and international field. He has occupied different positions of responsibility in the industrial and commercial areas, among which the one of Director of Operations of Gases Acondicionados for Spain and Portugal, Regional Delegate, Industrial Director in Algeria and Industrial Director Merchant Engineering for Europe stand out.
In his new position, he is responsible for the HSQE program (Health, Safety, Quality and Environment) through which he will coordinate the implementation and compliance of quality processes, occupational risk prevention and environmental management. In addition, it will ensure the operation of the management systems according to the company’s standards and the regulatory requirements in force in each country.
