Air Liquide has reiterated its standing in the solar photovoltaic sector by signing 15 new long-term contracts with companies from all quadrants of the globe. Thanks to these new contracts, the Group now supplies over 150 photovoltaic customers worldwide, with an overall manufacturing capacity exceeding 20GWp per year.
Francisco Martins, Vice President of World Business Line Electronics of the Air Liquide Group, described this as demonstrative of the firm’s “credibility” and “value”.
From the North Pacific to Europe
The French owned firm emphasised its tread in China by signing several new supply agreements with six of the seven c-Si solar cells market leaders. Indeed, in Wuxi, Air Liquide contests that its latest gas supply contract will assist the world leading manufacturer of c-Si solar cells and modules.
