Air Liquide’s US counterpart is utilising know-how from further a-field, as it calls upon Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for a trio of long-term IT services.
Air Liquide USA recently signed a long-term contract with the Indian software firm TCS in which it will receive application support, maintenance and development in the form of TCS’s Global Network Delivery Model™. More specifically, TCS will provide end-to-end IT application development and maintenance to support 5,800 Air Liquide users on a round-the-clock basis.
Ravi Waran, CIO for Air Liquide USA LLC commented on behalf of the recipient firm, “We are very pleased to be working with TCS. I look forward to TCS’ contribution to helping Air Liquide achieve its business goals.”
