Air Liquide has announced a new transformation programme to streamline its business, enhancing agility and improving efficiency as part of its ADVANCE strategic plan for 2025.
The industrial gas giant will implement several organisational changes, effective 1st September 2024, which it describes as an important component of performance delivery.
It is hoped that by “removing layers” within the organisation, a simplified structure will be adopted to support sustained growth and long-term success by boosting performance sustainably while improving value to stakeholders.
The transformation programme will include the formation of a Group Industrial Direction to better service customers and optimise industrial processes, ensuring safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
