Air Liquide will invest €50m to develop a new hydrogen packaging and delivery supply chain for refuelling systems in the Normandy industrial basin, France, utilising hydrogen produced by its 200MW Normand’Hy electrolyser.
The industrial gas giant today (15th Nov) announced its plans in support of the growing number of hydrogen vehicles along the Seine Axis, from Le Havre to the Ile-de-France.

Hydrogen supplied as part of the effort will account for 25% of the Normand’Hy electrolyser’s total capacity. This is equivalent to the consumption of 500 hydrogen trucks or 10,000 light-duty vehicles.
