Air Liquide has closed the sale of some of its African activities across 12 countries to Adenia Partners.
First announced in March (2024), the sold activities represent annual sales of around €60m, less than 10% of Air Liquide’s sales in Africa.

The industrial giant said the transaction is part of its strategy to actively manage its portfolio.
