Air Liquide Japan could soon be investing in added research and development (R&D) opportunities as it has completed the acquisition of a parcel of land in Japan and set it aside for “future innovation development.”
The plot is situated in the Yokosuka Research Park, Yokosuka City, Kanagawa, which currently houses around 60 businesses and academic bodies that carry out R&D and innovation-related activities in areas such as information and communication technologies.
In correlation with Air Liquide’s global strategy, the Japanese branch of the Tier One corporation is focused on actions for growth based on future innovations, whilst also capitalising on its expertise gained through its experience in Japan’s industrial gas business.
