Afrox has received special and singular recognition in the Moneyweb/Deloitte Good Governance Awards.
Afrox was one of the three finalists for the overall award and was the only company to receive a special recognition award for its contribution to good governance. Afrox managing director, Rick Hogben, said: This is the first time this award has been made and it recognises Afrox as a true leader in good corporate governance.
This year we were again a finalist in three of the four categories, namely Board Effectiveness, Ethics & Integrity and Sustainable Development. We were also placed in the top three for Ethics & Integrity, Board Effectiveness and the overall award.
