Gas processing company ADNOC Gas has signed a 14-year liquified natural gas (LNG) supply agreement with Indian Oil Corporation, valued in the range of $7bn-$9bn.
Under terms of the deal, ADNOC will supply 1.2 million metric tonnes per annum of LNG to India’s largest integrated and diversified energy company.
Ahmed Alebr, CEO of ADNOC Gas, said he looks forward to expanding ADNOC’s collaboration and takes pride in the knowledge that the company’s LNG exports will further support the development of Indian Oil Corporation and India’s growth story.
He added, “The deal serves as a testament to ADNOC Gas’ ability to meet the growing global demand for LNG, a critical fuel in the energy transition.”
