Abydee Butler Moore, President and CEO of Butler Gas, has been elected as President of the International Oxygen Manufacturers Association (IOMA).
News of Butler Moore’s appointment was announced at IOMA’s 80th Annual Meeting, held in Cape Town, South Africa, held on 26th October – 30th October.
Butler Moore joined the IOMA Board of Directors in 2018 and began serving as an officer in 2020. She is a second-generation IOMA President; her father, Butler Gas Chairman Jack Butler, also served as IOMA President in 2003 and 2004.
Founded in 1943, IOMA is devoted to supporting the growth and safety of the global industrial and medical gases industry. The international trade association is made up of 100 member companies from around the globe.
