Refrigerant gas supply and lifecycle management specialist A-Gas has expanded its Rapid Exchange Programme, including its Rapid Recovery service, to Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas.
The service offering expansion will allow local contractors, businesses, and HVACR communities to swap refrigerant gas cylinders.
After A-Gas swaps customers’ full recovery tanks for empty tanks, the recovered refrigerant is sent to an A-Gas facility to be reclaimed back to AHRI-700 specifications and then re-enters the supply chain, contributing to the circular economy.
AHRI-700 specifications are set by the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) to ensure the purity and quality of refrigerants used in air conditioning and refrigerant systems.
