Refrigerant gases management specialist A-Gas has appointed experienced policy advisor Hans Craen as its new Head of Government Affairs Europe.
Based in Brussels, Belgium, Craen will harness two decades worth of public affairs experience in the new role, which will see him advising the company on policy and regulatory procedure.
A former EU Affairs Coordinator for Hitachi and a Senior Vice-President for Kellen, a public affairs consultancy company, Craen also has an extensive background of working with trade associations.
He is also equipped with a wealth of knowledge involving sustainability-related issues, the circular economy and regulatory alignment – core policy areas for A-Gas in its drive to reduce emissions.
