A-Gas International, an expert of specialty chemicals management, has amplified its presence in the US following the completed acquisition of Rapid Recovery.
Rapid Recovery occupies 40 site locations across the US and provides a full suite of on-site recovery and cylinder services to the refrigeration and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) sectors.
Following the worldwide ‘cap and down’ phase of the R22 refrigerant, this acquisition will combine A-Gas America’s Total Solutions® offering with the established recovery and reclamation services of Rapid Recovery, and aims to deliver market leading solutions in the US for environmentally-friendly alternatives.
A-Gas is now the only company to offer US customers a full service solution. This acquisition significantly increases our scale and presence across the country
This acquisition also seeks to extend A-Gas’ current current offering in the refrigeration market and will augment its end-to-end supply and reclamation services in the Americas.
