Family-run energy giant Messer has been recognised for the continued development of its corporate culture after it was revealed that the company is set to receive the Total E-Quality Award and the Special Citation for Diversity.
Having recently published its Diversity Report, Messer also outlined its objectives to establish mixed-gender management teams in its Sustainability Report 2021.

Taking note of these objectives, the jury commended the company’s efforts to take ‘innovative actions’ in the corporate culture field, including development of an ongoing management training programme designed to eliminate unconscious bias.
