It’s the most wonderful time of the year… the Seafood Processing North America exhibition. This year’s show, the largest in the event’s 36-year history, was held on March 6-8 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
Along with Editor Aggie Baker, I had the opportunity to discuss various cooling systems, CO2 snow chilling, aquaculture, and more with the gas industry exhibitors in attendance (between samples of salmon and bacon-wrapped shrimp, of course). The conversations went swimmingly, if you’ll excuse the pun, and the highlights are reported on below.
