Earlier this year as we entered our 75th year of business, and after fielding several customer and team member surveys, it became apparent to us that we needed a fresh mission statement and tagline that everyone could embrace.
We chose the tagline, “Forge forward.” It demonstrates the confidence our customers place in us, and our continued focus on driving the business. Similarly, our new mission statement, “Serve selflessly and assist eagerly to create customers for life,” really embodies our streamlined focus on customer service, which is a core strength recognized by both customers and our team members.
This new direction is prominently reflected in our website, www.nexAir.com, where we’ve added an updated navigation to more easily find our products and services, a new learning center containing video spotlights of key products, and a Certificates of Analysis interface to view and download these important documents. In a nutshell, these updates make it easier for our customers to find key information about nexAir products and services, helping them save time and make smart decisions.
