As the world targets Net Zero, the race to get there isn’t confined only to the largest economies where the green money is starting to flow, such as Europe and the US. These regions may have a head start – and have the most to try to repair given they are among the highest emitters of carbon and other greenhouse gases – but the challenge is a global one that every national economy must meet on its own terms.
In Mexico, there’s a notable push underway in relation to green hydrogen, led by trade body the Mexican Hydrogen Association, which is trying to bring together private companies, investors, and the government to move things forward at pace.
