As we look to 2024, the British Compressed Gases Association (BCGA) can look back on some pioneering initiatives in the last 12 months, which set the foundations for an exciting year ahead.
One of the most important of these is the BCGA Future Leaders, led by a group of committed individuals in our sector who are highlighting the values and virtues of working in the industry to a younger, diverse audience.
The group presented its ambitions at the BCGA Annual Conference in May. It was good to see two women take to the stage to deliver this vision, Chloe Tindale and Kelly Vasir. Since then, Future Leaders has made some great progress over the year and we look forward to hearing more about the group in 2024.
