With challenges like climate change facing society, many companies consider hydrogen to be a key ingredient in the transition to renewable energy.

However, as other, more environmentally-friendly methods like electrolysis and generators continue to gain momentum, we ask if the SMR technique is starting to metaphorically run out of steam and could be challenged within the industry.
