For Illinois-based ILMO Products Company and its fifth-generation family members coming into leadership roles, a challenge arose when the company had to decide how to best develop its specialty gas laboratory that was quickly running out of space.
A real issue for sure, and ultimately it led ILMO to find and appoint a specialist. In August 2022, Jerry Lanorio joined the team as Specialty Gas Lab Manager with a remit to further enhance the lab and its offering.
“Dr Lanorio has a solid background in gas-phase chemical analysis, both as an academic and while working in the compressed gas industry. We are now making use of his chemistry skills to expand our capabilities as a specialty gas producer,” says Lindsey Rosenbery, ILMO’s Specialty Gas Program Director.
