“At Cryoport, our only acceptable failure rate is zero. Not a fraction of a percent, or 1%, or 2%. It must be 0%. When you’re shipping millions of dollars’ worth of gene therapy products that are going to save lives, there is no other option. We need to save as many lives as we can, and ensure we deliver just as promised.”
