Gulf Helium Services (GHS) was established in 2013 as a Qatari joint venture between Buzwair Industrial Gases Factories, Iwatani Corporation, and LNG Japan Corporation. At the time, the company’s vision was to meet the growing demand for helium services in the Middle East, particularly Qatar, and that vision remains the same today.
Over the years, GHS has scaled by developing a comprehensive infrastructure, including a helium transfilling facility, a maintenance workshop, and advanced logistics capabilities. This growth has been supported by continuous investment in its facilities.
The company’s primary operations are centered in the Middle East, particularly in Qatar, around 20km away from one of the world’s most advanced and largest liquefaction production facilities for liquid helium.
Its primary facility is strategically situated in Ras Laffan, Qatar, spanning almost 250,000 sq ft. And it is great location to serve its customers.
