Based in Spokane, Washington, CarbonQuest was founded in 2019 to provide small- and medium-scale emitters with a cost-effective, fully modular, stackable distributed carbon capture solution.
The company’s technology was first deployed at The Grand Tier building in Manhattan in New York City, followed by five further buildings in the city, in each case capturing carbon dioxide (CO2) from boiler systems.
Implementation of the technology has helped to cut 60% to 70% of CO2 emissions from the natural gas usage at The Grand Tier building on Broadway in Manhattan, to give you a sense of the impact of the technology.
