Moving cryogenic gases is a specialist operation, with tanks and trailers hauled by companies that are dedicated to the business of transport cold-state gas molecules from A to B. This is not a space for the generalist haulage operators.
The hardware that’s used to keep molecules in cryogenic states is of course expensive and dedicated to the task, as well as boasting built-in safety-critical systems.
But, if this has always been a highly specialist and advanced market, where are advances being made with cryogenic trailers and tankers? Once you look, there are developments on a few fronts.
