Past carbon dioxide (CO2) shortages have shown the benefit of tracking the molecule, for food companies and other end-users.
It is many years since New Jersey-based Anova developed telemetry solutions for the CO2 market, but recently it has seen a sharp rise in uptake – and it now hopes to have 25% of its business dedicated to this market by 2025.
The growth target is part of a wider three-year plan for the firm. Mike Waters, Sales Executive at Anova, explains, “Recent CO2 shortages have emphasized the need for telemetry solutions. That’s why at Anova we’ve purposely made CO2 a large part of our three-year plan. The plan started this year with our new management team and will continue through 2025.”
