The worlds of brewing and cannabis have combined to form a business venture for the commercial exchange of recovered carbon dioxide (CO2), with benefits for both industries as well as the environment.
In January, the consortium announced its plans to capture and store excess CO2 produced during the beer fermentation process for later reuse by cannabis cultivators that require CO2 to stimulate plant growth during cultivation.
