GW: Ken, you have had many years of experience with change in the supply chain. What are you saying to your associates about adjusting to the current wave of disruptions and how are you advising them on improving performance and profitability?
KT: Distributors must be aware, resilient, creative, and execute with precise confidence in their commitment to both ends of the supply chain. The end-user must realize genuine measurable value in his relationship with any distributor supplier. At the same time the manufacturer must have confidence in the fact that his best interests are being properly served by his distribution partner.
