The helium market has been a rollercoaster in recent years, with plenty of ups and downs, and Massachusetts-based American Gas Products, or AGP for short, has been there for every part of the ride.
Today, AGP is the largest independent distributor of helium in the US. It is a journey that has been built on perseverance allied to a few smart strategic moves.
“Expanding out of the greater Boston market, AGP now serves all 48 contiguous states from one of our nine distribution facilities or through our strong partner network,” Matthew D’Auria, CEO of AGP, tells gasworld.
The company’s fill plants are located at its HQ in Massachusetts, as well as in Maryland, Georgia, Florida, Texas, California, and Washington.
