I am very deep in two major things right now. On December 28, we closed on the MGC Diagnostics Holdings (MGC) acquisition, so we are currently welcoming around 240 new colleagues and working hard ensure a smooth transition for both personnel and business.
Secondly, I have some focus on NGK, our parent company. NGK’s fiscal year is April to March, and I’m deep in the budgeting for our next fiscal year. January is always a super-busy month for us!
